This September, more than 175 Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team members from across the RCA network gathered in Dallas, Texas, for the 2026 RCM Summit, centered on this year’s theme, From Pieces to Platform.
The theme captures where RCM at RCA is headed: bringing our people, expertise, processes, and ideas together to build something stronger than any one piece on its own. Over the course of the Summit, attendees exchanged best practices, learned from one another, and deepened relationships across practices and departments with the common goal of improving how we support our physicians, practices, and patients.
The Summit brought together billing specialists, authorization teams, patient advocates, credentialing professionals, systems experts, leadership, and many others whose work powers RCM every day. It was also a chance to pause and celebrate the people behind that work. As RCM continues to evolve, our team members’ experience, knowledge, and perspective remain at the center of that progress.
We left Dallas with new ideas, stronger connections, and a shared commitment to what comes next.
