Whether answering questions, training new team members, or stepping in during overwhelming moments, Patti brings calm, confidence, and kindness to every situation.

Ewelina Lokaj | Vitreoretinal Consultants of NY

Ewelina has been instrumental in the continued growth and success of the VRCNY Research Department since joining the organization in 2022. She quickly demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership, and operational expertise, which led to her progression into the role of Manager of the Westbury research office.

Ewelina has continued to invest in her own growth and development. During her time with the organization, she completed her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree and earned her Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) certification, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to advancing the field of clinical research.

Ewelina has consistently gone above and beyond to support patients, colleagues, investigators, and organizational goals. Her commitment to excellence and ability to lead by example have earned her the respect of her peers and physicians alike.
