RCA Team,
As we move through the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, I want to reflect on the strong momentum across our network. RCA continues to lead in clinical excellence, research innovation, and operational performance — a testament to the dedication of our physicians and teams.
Fiscal year to date through August, we have welcomed 249,000+ new patients and completed more than 2.5 million patient visits. In addition, throughout FY26 we have welcomed 46 physicians to the RCA network across a variety of practices. We continue to attract high-quality practices seeking to join the RCA network, including two signed letters of intent representing 10 physicians. We look forward to welcoming these practices in 2027 and further strengthening our ability to deliver exceptional patient care and advance our mission.
Our research enterprise remains one of RCA’s greatest strengths. Building on the achievements of last year, our physicians and research staff continue to advance studies that shape the future of retinal disease treatment. Through August 2026, we have achieved 1,376 randomizations across XX clinical trials.
I am also proud of RCA’s strong physician presence at the upcoming American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) Annual Meeting, where more than 35 RCA physicians will participate across scientific sessions, courses, panels, and presentations. Their contributions across a broad range of clinical, surgical, and practice-focused topics reflect the depth of expertise across our network and our physicians’ continued commitment to advancing the field of retina.
As CMS reimbursement pressures and an evolving regulatory environment continue to affect retina practices, we remain focused on helping our physicians navigate these challenges while protecting patient access and supporting the delivery of exceptional care. Through close collaboration across our network and with Cencora, we are strengthening practice performance, advancing physician compensation strategies, expanding our use of data and insights, and identifying new opportunities to improve access and accelerate innovation.
As we look ahead to FY27, I am confident in our trajectory. RCA’s strength lies in our people and our shared commitment to fighting blindness.
